Weight Loss – Week 5

Weight = 216 lbs
Total Weight Loss = 7 lbs

This week was rough, my wife’s cravings are kicking in now that she is pregnant which translate to more temptation abounding. Plus, with some hard work days, emotional eating also kicked in. TODAY ITS BACK TO IT THOUGH! At one point this past week I had lost 10lbs but I’m weighing in every Monday so I cannot count it. Next week I hope to be in double digits!

My sister told me that while she is training for a marathon to set small goals within your larger goal. It is good advice so here we go, on the week of Thanksgiving I would like to be around 207 which would put me around the 17 lb marker. Then the goal is to simply survive the holiday season by staying at least the same. Then in the new year, reassess and look at the final could of months when I know the hard work will really kick in.
